Structure

HULL: Female molded glass-fiber construction with isophtalic gelcoat and Vinylester resin for blistering resistance. Blue as standard. Balsa coring in hull for the highest obtainable strength/weight ratio & excellent thermal insulation. Kevlar reinforcement for foils and structure. Core material monolithic and voided in areas of through-hulls. One-piece hull lamination with molded flange for deck attachment (epoxy optional).
DECK: Female molded with anti slip, glass-fiber construction with isophtalic gelcoat, premium grade polyester laminating resins. White as standard. Custom Airex foam coring in deck for the highest attainable strength/weight ratio & excellent thermal insulation.Hull to deck joint: Hull and deck joined with high strength adhesive sealant, glassed from underneath and through bolted.
STRUCTURE: Integral glass-fiber webframe (sub-floor framing structure) utilizing bi- and uni-directional E-Glass & Carbon fiber reinforcements, for hull stiffness, strength. Structural bulkheads and major furniture components bonded to hull and deck where appropriate for a rigid monocoque hull structure.
EXTERIOR FURNITURE: All deck furniture female molded gelcoat to match deck color.
